Right next to Hakodate Seafood Market is Hakodate Meijikan Post Office. Built in 1911, this red brick building is now converted into retail space with cafes, restaurants, a glassware studio and a music box shop. The glassware studio has a large collection of beautiful glassware for sale as souvenirs. Due to time constraint, we didn’t have time to check the music box shop and its collection of musicboxes =(
